Abstract
relationships, build community, and increase a sense of acceptance and belonging. They are synchronized to the nationally recognized heritage months in the US, which encourage a domestic and international collaboration of education, cultural exchange and celebration. Faculty and staff are invited to these dinners to build relationships with students in an informal higher education setting.
