Welcome to the first edition of the Scholarship without Borders Journal. We want to extend a special thank you to Dr. Sonya Sharififard for her dedication and work on the journal as the managing editor at its inception. The editorial team is excited to share the work of the scholars within the Graduate School of Education and Psychology ((GSEP) at Pepperdine University. Many interests range from education to cultural changes to organizations amid Covid-19 represented in this issue. Each edition will display the breadth and depth of interests of the GSEP students and faculty. We hope this offering is informative and look forward to future editions.
