Description
Three of my friends and I visited the Gruyere region during our very first weekend overseas. We stayed at the Auberge de l'Ange, the only inn and restaurant in the little town of Albeuve, which had a population of approximately fifty people and one hundred goats. We had the very top room in a chalet type building with the most wonderful window seat. You can't imagine our complete awe when we opened the windows to the magnificent Swiss countryside that you see pictured here. It was the perfect first overseas experience!
