The Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law (the "Journal") publishes two issues per year. Annual subscriptions are $28.00, and single issues are $15.00, plus shipping and handling. SUBMISSIONS
The Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law is currently seeking lead articles for publication in forthcoming issues. The Journal is primarily seeking articles, comments, and case notes in the fields of business law and entrepreneurship from judges, lawyers, legislators, professors, and other scholars.
Publication decisions are normally made within two weeks of the date a submission is received. Article citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Authors should include a brief summary of biographical data, either in the footnotes of the submission or as an attachment. Authors should submit articles via email at the address below.
