Enigma: Studio Art Thesis Exhibition, 2013

The annual Studio Art Thesis Exhibition allows graduates from Pepperdine University's studio art program to highlight their achievements. In Enigma, the works explore the creative imagination in various media ranging from painting and sculpture to mixed media assemblage and performance art. Of the 12 participating artists, 8 can be seen in this online gallery. The exhibition was organized by Gretchen Batcheller, Seaver College assistant professor of studio art, and Ty Pownall, also an assistant professor of studio art, in cooperation with Michael Zakian, director of the Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art. The exhibit was on display in the Weisman Museum on Pepperdine University's Malibu campus from April 11 to April 27, 2013.
