Collaborative family law is an innovative intervention designed to bring legal, psychological and financial expertise to assist couples who face divorce. It's non-adversarial and problem-solving setting facilitates the transition to a healthy, post-divorce life for the family. Not surprisingly, clients are very satisfied. How does this all work and should you consider collaborative family law in your practice?
